El Fuego Taqueria
Went to El Fuego today. It's on the corner of Plano Rd and Campbell. The food is pretty delicious. I ordered the Gordita plate which comes with rice and beans. The plate + drink was over 7 bucks, which is too high, but next time I'll just get the gorditas a la carte.

One problem I had with the place was the guy that took our orders. He was very grumpy and was sporting a Che Guevera shirt, which may explain the attitude. The way this place is set up, it seems very important for the guy to be friendly, since he's the first...and actually the only person you speak to. He pretty much represents the place and if the food had just been a little less delicious, I probably wouldnt go back just because of the Che clone.
